Great location and staff, I loved its essentials. Panoramic view, a beautiful balcony, really nice bed, too. The pool was clean, good after a tiring day. I had an exceptional time.

Pretty poor staff, the hotel is spotlessly clean and location impressive. Thoroughly enjoyed early check-in and late check-out. Perfectly located for us. And next to town centre, the city center.

Lovely breakfast, very clean and superior hotel. Booked a superior king room with a heating system, a private safe and a sitting area. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Ponte Vecchio that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

We stayed close to our favourite places such as thermae bath spa. There was a great dining option, Opa, only 300 metres from the hotel. The bed in our room was comfortable.
